I’m Stephanie, a transformational coach.

If you want to effortlessly thrive, book a free exploratory call.

I believe that sustainable, long-term change happens via gentle awareness, not willpower. If you want to see yourself more clearly, uncover the deep roots of recurrent blocks, and find aliveness and future vision, you might like my coaching.

My coaching is grounded in Circling, a truth-seeking relational mindfulness practice. I have a grounding, spacious & incisive presence, and a deep commitment to loving truth. I’m committed to seeing you, as you are, and beholding you in perfection, even in your deepest difficulties. I balance this with incisive questioning, supporting you to see yourself and your patterns more deeply and clearly, and decipher your next steps forward.

I feel best equipped to support you if you are:

  • Feeling lost and confused and a little bit chaotic

  • Seeking clarity around a specific issue

  • Finding it hard to feel loving towards yourself

  • Feeling stuck and seeking ways to step forward

  • Feeling emotional pain that wants to be seen

What do I mean by coaching?

Coaching is a growth-oriented approach that creates space to make clear where you currently are, explore what you want, discover what’s stopping you, and discover forward motion through action. If you’re feeling blocked or lost, and want to make the most of what it is to be alive, coaching might be for you.

Coaching isn’t therapy. Although we might touch on mental health and trauma, and we might touch on the past to understand the present, if trauma-related material arises, I won’t hesitate to point you towards therapy. I specifically don’t work with people who are seeking support with difficult eating patterns.

And I’m not a productivity-coach in the conventional sense. Although sometimes addressing surface level symptoms is the best solution, where it’s relevant, I care about seeing systemically, and finding the root cause of issues, to support vibrant and impactful life and careers.

You were intuitive and quick in understanding what I thought, felt and said - and also what I didn’t say but was nevertheless present in my mind, worrying or motivating me. You easily facilitate focused, safe conversations and are very skilled at asking the right questions, guiding me through a line of thought, and kindly challenging my assumptions. Your presence and company was a great help in when I felt stuck, and moving towards realising my potential and identifying my motivations and possibilities.
— J, Active Travel Officer, Oxford City Council
Steph is one of the most naturally intuitive people I’ve met. Combined with her theoretical knowledge of psychology and her practical experience of circling, her coaching style is authentic, perceptive and challenging in all the right ways. I emerge from every session with fresh insight and energy.
— Daniel Ford, Senior Sustainability Strategist, Forum for the Future
An incredible coach, mentor, and facilitator. Steph has brought genuine kindness and compassion with a depth of knowledge and experience to our 1 to 1 and group coaching sessions. She has introduced me to, and helped me to build a practice around, the tools of sensing and noticing in circling which has had a deep and transformative impact in how I relate to myself and others. In such a busy and chaotic world Steph has been a constant grounding rod to come back to what’s real and important within me which I’m truly grateful for.
— Andrew Wilson, Senior Product Designer, Spill
Your input helped me a lot. I’ve been using the skills you’ve shown me that I have within myself – and I’m seeing so much progress. So thank you.
— Young Person from the Kickstart Scheme
